Mrs Gillan is a BANT Registered Nutritionist, Nutritional Therapist and Bariatric Nutritionist with clinics in Harley Street, London and Cardiff. Mrs Gillan is an industry-leading bariatric nutritionist with The Allurion (Elipse) Balloon Programme at nationwide hospitals and clinics: Nuffield Parkside Hospital, Wimbledon; The Bariatric Group, Nuffield Taunton Hospital; The London Weight Clinic, Cromwell Hospital; The Medical Specialist Group, Guernsey, among others.

Mrs Gillan has been working in the field of nutrition, nutritional therapy and bariatric nutrition for over 14 years.
