When you know your treatment is covered, contact your insurer to request an authorisation number. This number enables us to process your claim swiftly so you can get prompt treatment when you need it.
We may also ask for your credit card details, even if you’re claiming through private insurance. This will only be used to charge for any sundry items that aren’t covered by your insurance (such as some take-home medications).
The authorisation number allows us to process your claim directly with your insurance company so you can concentrate solely on your recovery.
Without an authorisation number, we can’t charge your insurance company, so you’ll be liable for any outstanding payments. We’ll ask you to pay the full procedure fee and any outpatient charges in advance.
